The document check describes your document’s content and specialist requirements. You then see your quote in EUR for the confirmed translation scope and included services. For selective translation, only the text to be translated counts towards the priced scope. Document checks, translation, language revision and automated quality checks form part of the described process.
A price ceiling before you order
Review your quote without obligation before placing an order. The confirmed price ceiling will not be exceeded, even if additional technical work is needed during processing. If you change the translation scope or your requirements before ordering, you receive a new quote to review.
Balance in EUR – currently in a closed pilot
In the closed pilot, top-ups and order payments are tested using test balances and test payments only. Quotes and balances are in EUR. When you place an order, the confirmed amount is reserved; the charge and any released balance are shown with the order. Real payments will only be offered after public activation.
Terms before the first top-up
Before real top-ups become available, we will publish minimum and maximum amounts, tax information and the rules on validity, unused balance, refund method and refund timing. Free trial balance will be treated separately from purchased balance. No balance can be purchased on this page yet.
Planned permitted use
The planned usage balance is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account. It can only be used for fully automated document translation within Localizer. It cannot be used for purchases from third parties, human services or general payment purposes. The applicable refund rules remain unaffected.
Planned payment processing
Top-ups for approved pilot accounts use a hosted test checkout. Payment details are entered directly with the payment service; Localizer does not store full card details. For the future paid service, the payment provider, seller, available payment methods and all payment terms will be identified before activation.
